When you are given your starting team, it is very important to have them start training straight away, train each player individually depending on what their role is, for example your players on the front line should train in shooting and headers, where as defenders should be trained in tackling etc..
Once you have started training, you should now go to tactics and put your players in the starting line up, players will perform best if they get put in their correct positions, so put mid fielders in midfield and goal keepers in goal etc..
You will have financial advisor’s and team advisor’s, i highly recommend you listen to what they tell you and try to do what they suggest because they know what they are talking about and are there to help you!
Players need a lot of energy, you can gain energy from Food and drinks that you can purchase and you also gain a certain amount of energy from your hotel, the hotel can be upgraded to get more daily energy.
After a while, your players get older and less fit, it is for that reason that is very important to spend money on buying youth’s , then start training them. When the youths come of age they will likely be very good players since you were training them the whole time!
After every match, check if any of your players got injured, if they did, take them off the 1st team for the next game, if you start a game with an injured player you will automatically lose.
